Morgan is now sold

It’s found a new home in Leicestershire

John, who’s forgotten more about cars than most people know is now the proud owner of this lovely example from the Malvern Hills.

He even got into the spirit of things with the correct head gear for the test drive.

His favourite is Hong about this car is how analogue it is – simple pleasurable driving and he’s looking forward to a summer of fun.

Stop press … Thought we would get some current TVR updates out in TVR’s magazine called Sprint. We have been featured in this and added articles in this for the past 27 odd years and it only seemed fitting to also add Gina and Malcolm’s TVR Taimar story also in this months addition as that too has been hanging around in a underground garage for the same period of time. With in excess of 5000 world wide members the TVR Car Club magazine is still posted out and they point out that over 80% of all remaining TVR’s still [...]

However Helen’s parents Tony and Sue (especially Tony) were more excited than everyone else put together, as being a petrol head he knew a great car when he saw one.

Having mentioned the role reversals this week of woman purchasing TVR’s he decided to flip this on his head and rather than the old days of ladies dropping themselves on the bonnet of TVR’s he would do that himself in the name of equality. Top man !

Women in the driving seat – today was a tail of two ladies tasking two English sportscars.

Tina and Andy seen realizing a life long dream of Tina’s to own a TVR.

Amongst the excitement she even brought a Gerry Rafferty CD for the late1990’s tech audio system supplied.

We remember selling these TVR’s new and we used to spend half an hour explaining to the factory at Blackpool why we didn’t need the tape player fitted and what a CD player was, all Tomorrows world BBC stuff!

Second purchase and collection all on the same day, just how we like it.
