Leicestershire Sportscar Meeting in Quorn 8th August 2018

Great little car meet next to the Great central Railway Steam Train station, Quorn, Leicestershire.

Summer barmy nights, great company, food and drink and sportscars – what more could you ask for in England

Great little event and just what you need to drive to and back on such a night in a nice car.

We took our lovely and loud 2004  TVR Tuscan with 350 bhp on tap and enjoyed every minute. On the route back it soon becomes clear with the extra 1500 rpm that the speed six has longer legs, although the TVR Griffith 5000cc is no slouch the TVR Tuscan straight six 3600cc just keeps on going until you run out of road!

A Wheel spin at 70mph or 80 mph in the dry...you decide?

Great choice

2004 Model has great history and is fully serviced with only 24500 miles from new, featuring some added upgrades such as a sports exhaust system and some rather nice shadow chrome alloys, finished off with arguably the best suspension set up of Nitrons all round. We have just taken it to a show tonight and it truly sounds epic

Ready to go serviced and MOt’d @ £29995

A TVR Chimaera 4000cc finished in Wild Oyster pearl we have sold previously and look after in our service department.

After having some great fun in the car it was time to spruce the car up, future proofing the vehicle not only to be a better vehicle now, but into the future and look superb along the way.

Engine came out, Martyn seen titivating the area, together with preparation, re heat proofing the engine bay and making sure the engine was all tip top, together with some beautifully made stainless steel manifolds and Y piece we have fitted.

Sounds as good as it looks!

The car had the following

Latest Clutch, thrust bearing, clutch fork, sports manifolds, Y piece upgrade, new heavy duty engine mounts, heat shields, Chassis rust treatment, preparation with high temperature painting in engine bay, engine valley gaskets, end seals, stainless plenum bolts, plenum painted with rockers to match wheels [...]
