Left the original TVR Chimaera design with smaller boot lip and less pronounced bumper with a rubber insert. Right a 1997 facelifted exterior (came in late 1996 on factory built cars) with a longer tail on the boot lid and a full colour coded bumper. Further editions from the factory included… 1998 model with separate rear lights under the perspex covers and a angled rear number plate rather than the translucent plates on earlier models There were further updates from the factory but not on the rear sections shown in this picture.
