A bit short notice but dealing with TVR’s for nearly two decades has taught us to embrace a challenge!
It’s easy to write this now after the event as we spent most of the week trying to get things organised as it was our first go at hosting the TVR car Club in our workshop since we moved in.

Anyway thanks for the huge support to everybody we have a fabulous turnout of both old and new customers, 42 TVR’s in total, a brace of rather sexy Ferraris’, a Jaguar, two Porsches, and a couple of Harley Davison motorcycles.
A great day with a run ran by our regions Martyn Stockwin in his Tuscan, which proved very popular (even for the couple who got stuck behind the horse box!)
Another Martyn who works for us, had his section of voting for the best condition TVR at 2pm
` Martyns Minter’ – no it wasn’t a fix as he didn’t know who the chap was till we pointed it out, Warwickshire’s very own secondary regional organiser Frank Smith. Who walked away a happy man with a cheque of £60 from ourselves for the mintest TVR there on the day.

One last thanks to Jeremy Pole our regional Organiser for putting up with our region for the past 12 months, who has decided to stand down after holding the reigns recently.

Big thanks to the team who all worked very hard on a day off –
Sue and Michelle for looking after everyone so brilliantly, Nick for being the little chef with his shades and apron, Dave for being Dave, Sanjay for taking the pictures, Martyn for his attention to detail and giving away our money to a car we didn’t even sell and Ian for drinking all the left over Pimms at the end.

All in all it was a class event as we knew it always was going to be.
