Axe and Spade Time
There`s not many stock cars we get the chance to fit an axe and spade to the outside of the vehicle, let alone travelling at 50mph down the A46 wondering if it was still attached to the outside of the vehicle yesterday on route to a car show.
Once a month at the village pub in Quorn, Leicestershire and usually about 50-80 cars, ranging from our 1956 Willys Jeep to a 1920`s steam engine.
Although it is June the rain soon put stop to our smiles on the way home.
At least with the roof off on a TVR over 50 mph you hardly get wet.
