Big Northern Gathering 6/7th Sept. 2008
Saturday 6th September The North East TVRCC region have planned two stunning drives to take in some of the countries most picturesque roads.
You have the choice of two drives.
Drive A: takes in the Military Road which runs parallel with Hadrians Wall, you will stop at the Hartside Café the highest café in England for bacon butties and stunning views. Also take in the picturesque village of Alston.
Drive B: heads north to take in the beautiful Floors Castle, followed by Kielder Reservior the biggest man made reservoir in Europe.
Sunday 7th September sees a display of TVR’s at the Quayside, Gateshead situated opposite the Millennium Bridge right in the heart of Tynside, gathering from 10am all TVR`s park for free, trade stands, concours, charity raffle and good old Geordie hospitality guaranteed.
