Our 1998 Chimaera 5000cc with the Taraka upgrade has certainly had its fair share of underside protection. You`ll see this best on the picture of it`s near side front suspension section.
This part usually is the hardest hit area of all the underside, it constantly receives dirt and stones from the kerbside of the road.
This particular car has had twin outrigger replacements together with a clean back to good metal and repaint with rust preventative waxoyle products and re applied on a regular basis for best practice.
This car should be around for many more years to come if the next lucky owner keeps up the actions of the last owners.
