Lemans and back 2004
We never knew which TVR we were taking to Lemans this year but I knew that it ought to be a convertible
Last year we bought a 2000 model the night before we went to France and this year we bought our 1998 Chimaera three days prior and slapped some Union Jacks on it and drove for a 1000 miles.
I couldn`t resist the yearly Eiffel Tower picture and the car performed great on the long and empty French roads.
The car used around half a pint of oil and returned early twenties on fuel consumption when the French police were around and slightly less when they had gone.
A great car to tour Europe in and buy with confidence by buying a nice example.
