Silverstone Innovation Centre
The UK Motorsport Industry together with the British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) have launched a £4.2 Million facility at Silverstone Race Circuit.
The East Midlands Developement agency has also invested £1.8 Million into the project to help the UK’s Motorsport Industry regionally.
The Midlands has one of the largest concentration of motorsport engineering in the UK and the idea is to keep it in this area where possible.
The Centre, on Silverstone Technology Park, will house up to 40 high performance engineering start up companies together with existing motor sport related businesses.
