We have just bought this 1998 Model Chimaera which is (mainly due to its £38,000 plus new list price) as rare as a Griffith of the same age.
It looks more modern than most of simuliar priced and age TVR`s. Some of this is due to its condition but also to the way the two seats are finished in Black and seperate from the Portland Grey interior. These two colours tend to be linked with newer TVR`s, especially the Portland grey which became a very popular choice, ovetaking magnolia in the early 2000`s at TVR Engineering on new car orders.
